My own history of suffering with tinnitus, took me to the laser therapy

I was born in 1972 in Buchholz i.d.N.

All my life I have been involved in movement. As a child and teenager I played much football and tennis. After my Abitur (High School Graduation) in Hamburg, I played tennis at a professional level for three years. I played for Rot-Weiß Hagen in the tennis Bundesliga and reached the TOP 500 in the ATP world rankings, before an injury forced me out.

After, I started studying at the German sport University in Cologne, which I completed in the year 2000 with a Degree in sport science.

I remained faithful to the tennis and supervised many professionals as a coach on the tennis tour and I was also sparring partner to Martina Hingis, the former No. 1 in the world rankings.

At the same time I undertook training in Naturopathology, which I completed in 2006. It was followed by an Assistant in a renowned practice, as well as several training courses in the field of health, such as the Podopostural therapy and nutrition. It gives me great pleasure to create a solid foundation for the athletes and patients for a pain-free and energetic movement.

In 2012 I completed a coaching training, however, through my treatments; I noticed that the psyche plays a crucial in recovery. For this reason, I bring much knowledge through my experience as a professional athlete in conjunction to my experience as a coach to top athletes.

My own history of suffering with the subject of tinnitus, and above all my improvement (from tinnitus), has led me to finally integrate treatment into my existing practice. The treatment of inner ear disorders is now the main theme

TREATMENT AREAS

WITH LUMOMED LASER THERAPY TREATED ER DISEASES OF INNER EAR

I have worked for several years as a therapist, I have gained some experiences in the various therapies, though tinnitus and M. Meniere’s have been the most frequent subjects. In most cases however, the physical causes of the disease have not been found yet. Thus conventional and Natural medicines usually treat the patients in these cases solely at the psychological level. Treating at the Psychological level may also help, as it could be a causing factor in one patient or the other, though it unfortunately leaves out one of the simplest causes of the disease which is noise. The auditory cells are constantly in contact with the outside world and thus convert sound waves from the outside into electrical impulses which are then forwarded to the auditory centers. There is no rest for the auditory cells even at night. When surrounding noise are constantly louder, as many people work in open-plan offices, with noisy machines, travel by bus or train, sit in full bars, listen to music from headphones etc., all these are a huge burden for the auditory cells which are normally designed for a quiet environment; the ear is supposed to detect the least noise so as to protect us from danger.

An enormous sound wave does not only affect the auditory cells but also the vestibular (equilibrium) organ, since the sound wave also arrives there.  The organs respond to the sound overload and report them differently. The auditory cells notify their emergency with a tone. They notify their distress in this manner because they are specialized in producing sound.

The vestibular organ usually notifies their overload by Vertigo (dizziness). Thus both organs tend to report their distress in their own way. Therefore, the solution to this problem is to take away the sources of noise and to rest the cells so that they can recover. The auditory cells have a great potential to regenerate. Since the cells do not divide, they must last a lifetime. As such, the cells are naturally created to be tough. Through rest and a high intake of energy by the laser, the ailing (sick) cells can regenerate again.

For every therapy in medicine, rest is usually prescribed for a disease, so that the body can recover, however, this is different only at the ears. Here, the Tinnitus masker, hearing aids and the Psychotherapy imply that the tinnitus patients should not isolate themselves but should go among people. If someone breaks a leg, rest is prescribed to the patient, why then should it be different with an overload in the inner ear?

Since the high-dose low level laser therapy has worked so well for me, I have studied the method myself from Mr. Amon Kaiser himself in the television program “Fly”, where Mr. Kaiser extensively spoke with a patient on the method and its success. I want to give hope to the patients with the most severe inner ear disorders and to help them come back to life. I would also help to promote this method, so that a large number of patients won’t have to wait any longer in order to get the right therapy.
